Today we welcomed an official visit from the Ministry of Plantation and Commodities Malaysia, Malaysian Palm Oil Green Conservation Foundation (MPOGCF) and the Malaysian Cocoa Board. BSBCC's CEO and Founder, Dr. Wong Siew Te gave a presentation about BSBCC's work and a tour around the Centre.
A mock cheque presentation ceremony was also held to
officiate the sponsorship and partnership between MPOGFC and BSBCC. The mock
cheque was presented by Dato' Abdul Hadi Omar (Deputy Secretary General
(Strategic Planning & Management) of the Ministry of Plantation and
Commodities ) to Dr. Wong Siew Te.
We hope everyone had a wonderful time at our Centre today
and we look forward to a long term partnership together in conserving the sun
bears.
