On Labor Day, we shined a spotlight on our beloved sun bear, Susie, and the incredible team that's ensuring her health and happiness.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Chiang
(Hospital Duchess of Kent) and his dedicated team of ophthalmologists who took
time out of their busy schedules to conduct a thorough eye examination for
Susie.
Back in February during her health
screening, our team noticed a small focal cataract in Susie's right eye. With
Dr. Chiang's expertise, we've learned that the cataract is still immature,
which is promising news! The recommendation is clear: cataract removal surgery.
And the prognosis? A good vision recovery is on the horizon for Susie following
the procedure.
We are committed to giving Susie the
best care possible and will do our best to do so!
