Pangolin Awareness Day was celebrated today at the Sandakan State Library! The event, organised by Pangolin Aware, featured informative talks by Pangolin Aware and the Sabah Wildlife Department, captivating storytelling, an exciting quest, coloring competitions, and interactive exhibitions — all aimed at raising awareness about the endangered pangolin. BSBCC was also invited to set up an exhibition booth as this event is another good opportunity to spread awareness on sun bears and the other wildlife. It was a wonderful day of learning and fun for primary and secondary school children, as well as the general public. Thank you to everyone who joined us in supporting pangolin conservation and ultimately, the wildlife and the nature!
