We were honoured to welcome the Kota Kinabalu Court Working Group on Environment (KKCWGE) to the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre today.
The visit was attended by the Right Honourable Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak, YAA Datuk Hajah Azizah binti Haji Nawawi, together with several High Court Judges and Judicial Officers from Sabah.
Our CEO and Founder, Dr. Wong Siew Te, had the pleasure of
guiding the delegation around the centre, sharing insights into the lives of
sun bears, our conservation work, and the ongoing challenges we face in
protecting this species and their forest home.
We hope this meaningful visit inspires greater awareness and collective action to safeguard sun bears and the precious rainforests they depend on.
