On the 21st of September 2024, we were honoured to receive a visit from the United States Embassy to Kuala Lumpur. The visit headed by Ambassador Edgard D. Kagan accompanied by several other officials were guided personally by Dr. Wong Siew Te around the Centre, starting from the Visitor Gallery to the Observation Platforms 1 and 2. Few engaging topics were discussed along the whole visit; starting from the importance of sun bears, ecology, human and wildlife conflicts, wildlife crimes and etc. It was a fruitful visit from the Embassy to our humble Centre with a big hope for more and bigger cooperation between the two sides.
