Today, we have received a group visit from Baptist Church Kindergarten Sibuga, Sandakan. There are about 22 children, 2 teachers, and parents in this group. Last Wednesday, the Environmental Education Unit of BSBCC reached out to them in their school to give them an interactive talk about sun bears. Today, we brought them to the observation platform to let them see the real sun bears in the natural forest enclosure. During the guided tour, each of them is given a worksheet activity, and they need to observe and spot the animals in the forest other than sun bears. We hope they are enjoying the visit and learning more about the wildlife and their habitat, especially the sun bears.
