Today on the 30th October 2019, a group of Primary 6 students came to BSBCC for an educational visit. The group, coming from SK Sungai Padas, which is a school that we reached out earlier in this month on the 1st of October, comes to see by their own eyes the beauty and cuteness of the sun bear. During the outreach, they were only being able to see the bears in the photos; now at the Centre, they got the opportunity to see the REAL bears in the forest enclosures. Luckily for them the weather was cloudy and lot of bears visible; some were very close to the viewing platform. We hope this will be inspiring the students to love our nature and wildlife more; they are the future generation that will be inheriting the world from us and continuing the job that we are doing now.
